Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at Best Western Richland Inn. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations during night shifts, providing outstanding guest service, and managing front desk activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities- Oversee front desk operations during night shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Staying alert and vigilant at work is crucial for both personal safety and overall productivity, benefiting individuals and the organization alike.
- Perform night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage reservations, check‑ins, and check‑outs with accuracy and professionalism.
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hotel industry is preferred. But willing to train the right individual.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in front desk operations and night audit procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Willing to keep hotel clean and neat.
All positions are exclusively temporary, with no possibility of transitioning into permanent roles.
