We are a growing manufacturing company looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to take over all HR responsibilities. This is a hands‑on role with full ownership of HR functions, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy and building processes that support a positive workplace.

• Oversee all HR Operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and training documentation
• Support managers and employees with HR guidance, coaching, and issue resolution
• Support performance review process and employee development initiatives
• Lead safety programs and ensure OSHA and manufacturing‑related compliance
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting

• 5–10+ years of HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience functioning as a sole HR practitioner or willingness to operate independently
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work closely with leadership and employees at all levels
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP) a plus but not required
