Organizational Trainer

At Directions Credit Union, we believe our people are our greatest asset. We're looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Organizational Trainer who is passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences, educating others, and developing talent.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering educational programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. From onboarding new team members to introducing new products, services, and procedures, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, organizational culture, and supporting organizational growth.
What You'll Do
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Develop engaging learning materials, workshops, and resources to support employee development.
- Train staff on Credit Union products, services, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Support organizational initiatives and change management efforts through effective employee education.
- Work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning opportunities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and employee engagement.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure training remains relevant, effective, and aligned with business goals.

Education:
Bachelor or better. Preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years:
Progressive experience in teaching, training, learning and development, or a related field.
