This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web & SEO Team Lead based in Mansfield, OH, with the opportunity to work remotely part-time. The Web & SEO Team Lead will oversee a team of digital marketing specialists, develop and execute SEO strategies, manage web optimization projects, and provide guidance on best practices. Daily responsibilities include keyword research, link building, on-page SEO optimization, and performance analysis using web, team managment and executing leadership decisions.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals is essential to this role.
