. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the IT Department by assisting with day‑to‑day technical tasks, troubleshooting, and system maintenance, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. • Assist first‑line support for IT‑related issues via phone, email, and in person.
• Escalate employee IT‑related issues/tickets to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support setup and configuration of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and maintenance.
• Provide help with account setup, password resets, and user access.
