. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the IT Department by assisting with day‑to‑day technical tasks, troubleshooting, and system maintenance, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Job Duties
- Assist first‑line support for IT‑related issues via phone, email, and in person.
- Escalate employee IT‑related issues/tickets to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
- Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
- Support setup and configuration of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and maintenance.
- Provide help with account setup, password resets, and user access.
- Your ideas, input, and contributions are valued and recognized.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Information Technology or a related field.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus but not required.
