Job Description

Learn the Domino’s Way through a 6-week training program. You’ll learn how to make quality products, deliver exceptional service, and lead the team. After training, you’ll have the skills to run a Domino’s restaurant.

Oversee all aspects of the store—people, operations, sales, and profits. Manage safety, team training, and store culture. Lead by example and enforce policies and procedures 100% of the time. Be accountable for everything that happens within the store.

This is an hourly position with overtime available. You may be asked to help at other nearby locations.

Earn $13 - $15 per hour. Overtime available.

Earn $15 - $18 per hour. Overtime available.

Earn $52k - $62k per year plus bonus.

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently resides near the store location
• Recruiting, training and managing store employees
• Ensuring all operation standards are exceeded and that health and safety standards are upheld at all times
• Providing high quality products and customer service
• Maintaining a fun and professional work environment

• Open availability; must be able to open and close; weekends are required.
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Desire to grow personally and professionally
