As Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of branch operations while inspiring excellence through service, sales, and community connection.

Lead & Inspire

Coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to perform at their best.

Drive Results & Operations

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Maintain strong cash controls and operational integrity.
Ensure policies, procedures, and training standards are followed consistently.

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with members.
Deliver a seamless, welcoming, and solutions-focused member experience.

Be a Community Champion

Serve as a visible ambassador for Directions Credit Union.
Represent the Credit Union at community events, outreach activities, and partnerships.
Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing to support financial education, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts.
Inspire your team to get involved and take pride in serving the community.
