- Plans, develops & implements program policy & procedures for PREA & ACA.
- Plans, develops, organizes & coordinates PREA & ACA projects throughout the institution.
- Monitors PREA Incidents & the PREA Risk Assessment process for compliance.
- Acts as the Chairperson of the PREA Accommodation Strategy Team. Provides training to institutional staff relating to PREA policies, procedures & the audit process.
- Manages & coordinates the entire ACA audit process which includes maintaining ACA audit files gathering documentation for upcoming audits & coordinating audit inspections.
- Acts as liaison between Operation Support Center Bureau of Agency Policy & Operational Compliance, Warden & institution staff and directs institutional staff in relation to operational compliance & accreditation.
- Conducts inspections institution-wide for compliance with PREA & ACA.
- Recommend solutions to bring areas into compliance with standards & monitor progress.
- Manages electronic files & updates the documentation & outcome measures for. the PREA & ACA audit processes and completes the PREA Pre-Audit Questionnaire.
- Coordinates PREA Compliance Reviews with agency PREA Coordinator.
- Provides technical advice to the Warden & institutional administrative staff on the accreditation processes to aid in the decision-making process.
- Writes reports & documents related to accreditation efforts and writes responses to BAPOC (Bureau of Agency Policy and Operational Compliance) & institutional staff in response to inquiries regarding the accreditation process.
- Acts as the Field Policy Review Team Chairperson responsible for disseminating information from BAPOC & coordinating feedback on policies & operational manuals.

- 4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in business administration management science or public administration.
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position.
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development.
- Or 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 1, 63122.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
