General Laborer

Overview

Alliance Innovations is a family owned and operated business seeking a General Laborer. Starting rate of pay is between $15-17/HR. We work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Overtime may be scheduled on the weekends per business needs.

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, or carts.
• Clean and organize work spaces/breakrooms, remove debris/trash, and prepare work spaces for projects.
• Operate hand tools (drills, saws, grinders) and machinery forklift as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure compliance with OSHA or other safety standards.
• Remove materials by sweeping, salvage usable items, and dispose of waste or hazardous materials when required.
• Participate in meetings, follow supervisor instructions, and contribute to improving productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Front load forklift experience.
• Basic Math Skills Required.

• Be able to stand for long periods of time on a concrete floor.
• Be able to climb in a front load forklift.
• Be able to be in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment being exposed to forklift, machining, and potentially other loud noises.
• Be able to hear and or see the machine alarms with abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Be able to wear all necessary PPE such as steel toed boots, safety glasses, etc.
• Be able to have physical stamina and proper use and alignment of material/equipment.
