3rd Shift Solderer/Tester

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of relays and contractors in Mansfield, OH. We are now hiring Solderers/Testers who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

• Pay Rate: $20.90/hr (includes 10% shift differential)
• Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday (9:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Training Requirement:
  Must train on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for 90–100 days before moving to 3rd shift
• Assemble, solder, and test electrical components
• Perform operational and diagnostic testing on units
• Read blueprints and follow detailed test procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with soldering, testing, or electronics preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
