Packer​/Production Associate

Edge Plastics Inc. is an injection molding manufacturing company located in Mansfield, Ohio. We manufacture household, commercial, recreational, and industrial storage containers for large and small retailers across the United States and Canada.

We are hiring Packer/Production Associates (Full‑Time). The starting pay is $18.50/hour with an increase to $19.00 after 60 days
, plus a $1.00 shift differential for night shift. Weekly pay and a predictable 2‑week rotating 12‑hour shift schedule (6AM‑6PM and 6PM‑6AM) with approximately 15 days per month.

• Pack and inspect plastic products on production lines
• Monitor up to 2 machines at a time
• Check products for defects, color, and quality
• Count and package items correctly
• Assemble boxes and prepare shipments
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and company procedures

• 6 months manufacturing experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
