Associate Technician-Assembler (Finishing) 1st Shift

This is a part time casual position working 15-20 hours per week, with additional hours during peak seasons or as production demands. The primary focus is on surface, coating, or finish operations. Duties are repetitive and performed according to SOPs.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

• Finish: tray up, beveler, mounter, roll and polish, finish layout, tinter, inspection.
• Surface: blocker, polisher, deblock/wash.
• AR coating: AR staging, clipping, hard coat inspection, AR coat.
• General: operate machinery, inspect parts, assemble small components, maintain a clean work area, meet production goals.

Basic qualifications:

• Team player, flexible, willing to learn.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals and procedures.
• Read, write, comprehend instructions and numerical sequences.
• Computer and electronic machinery skills, basic math.
• Strong fine-motor skills and dexterity.
• Good vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception.

Preferred qualifications:

Previous related experience and/or training.
