Job Description & How to Apply Below
Progressive Die Stamping Setup Technician Picture your first hour at Weiss Industries: you scan the production schedule, head to a Minster press, and begin dialing in a progressive die. You rig a coil with a hoist, thread the strip, set the scrap chutes, and run a meticulous first-piece inspection against the blueprint. When the dimensions check out, you release the job, coach a nearby operator on best practices, and keep an eye on multiple machines as parts roll off within spec.

That’s a typical start to your day here.

Maintain quality through routine inspections, visual checks, and measurement verification; document results.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime and sustain throughput.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in alignment with company policies and safety standards.

Develop and train fellow operators, sharing setup techniques and quality methods.
