About the Job:
We are seeking a Robotic Welding Operator to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating robotic welding equipment, ensuring quality parts, and keeping production running efficiently.

What You Will Do:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding machines
• Load and unload parts from the welding cell
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow directions and production standards
• Reliable with good time management
• Works well independently and with a team
• Maintains safety awareness at all times

What You Need:

• Manufacturing or welding experience preferred (robotic welding is a plus)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Dependable and professional behavior
• Must have a clean background
