Job Description Now Hiring – Acme Multiple Spindle Operator
Location: Amerascrew, Mansfield, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Overtime on Friday if needed)

Multiple Spindle Operator who takes pride in producing top-tier parts and wants to grow within a supportive, hands-on environment.
The Acme
Multiple Spindle Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Acme multi-spindle screw machines to produce precision components that meet customer and company specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and quality.
- Setup and operate multiple spindle screw machines safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling for optimal machine performance
- Perform routine maintenance, tool sharpening, and setup changes
- Monitor production runs to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and report production issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- 3–5 years of experience operating multiple spindle or screw machines
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot multi-spindle machinery
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and mechanical drawings
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
