My Work Choice  is hiring 1st Shift Assembly Workers to support light industrial and manufacturing clients. In this role, you'll assemble, inspect, and package products on a production line while following clear work instructions and safety standards. You'll use basic hand tools, perform visual quality checks, and meet daily production and accuracy goals. Work is on-site in a clean, safety-focused environment, with flexible, W-2 employment and tech-enabled scheduling so you can choose shifts that fit your life.

You'll collaborate with teammates and supervisors, rotate between tasks as needed, and help keep the work area organized and compliant with safety policies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and light machine assembly of components according to work instructions and safety standards
  • Inspect parts for quality, identifying defects and reporting issues to leads or supervisors
  • Follow production schedules to meet daily output and accuracy goals on 1st shift
  • Use basic hand tools, fixtures, and equipment to assemble and package products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5
  • S and safety guidelines
  • Accurately record counts, production data, and any issues in provided systems or forms
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, coordinators, and teammates to complete orders
  • Adapt to changing production needs, tasks, and workstations as directed
  • Follow all company, client, and OSHA safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and cross-training for new tasks, tools, and quality standards
