Position Summary The Powder Coater is responsible for applying a layer or layers of coating to product to protect it. Cleans product and applies non-stick coating.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Apply coatings to various products
• Follow work instructions, policies and procedures and meet safety guidelines
• Correct imperfections on surface
• Carefully cleanse product to remove dust and dirt
• Quality Issues to look for: fabric/hair on pan, dent/scratch/crack/bad band at backside of pan, silver spots, metal wire from oven and metal shaving from backside of pan, discoloring (brown, black spots/marks), rust on pan, primer…
