What You'll Be Doing
* Complete resident assessments, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and change-in-condition reviews
* Monitor resident health, including vital signs and post-incident follow-ups
* Administer medications and treatments with accurate and timely documentation
* Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness needs
* Support and guide CMAs and CNAs throughout each shift
* Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure the best possible care
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED
* Experience in healthcare or assisted living (preferred)
* Current Ohio LPN or RN license (in good standing)
* CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
