This position requires Night Shift (9 PM - 5 AM), 7 days per week, all overnight hours [56 hours/wk]

Client is willing to split shifts between 2 PDNs if necessary

Qualified applicants may reside in or near any primary service area so long as travel requirements are fulfilled throughout the assigned region.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

Long-term employment for Full-time or Part-time positions*

FT = Mon-Sun, 9pm - 5AM (56hrs/wk incl. 16 hrs OT)

PT = partial of schedule above (No OT)

No On-Call shifts required.

To support our growth and the increasing volume of client care throughout Ohio, we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, accountable, and self-motivated home health LPN or RN to join our agency as a Nighttime Home Health Private Duty Nurse / PDN (RN or LPN) to care for clients in and around Lexington, OH (Richland County).

This role may be filled as Part-Time only or start as Part-time and quickly build up to Full-time basis, with the option to add additional clients in surrounding areas for additional hours if desired (not required).

About the Client:
This adult client has a severe seizure disorder and requires around-the-clock monitoring to document seizures and administer oral or injectable emergency medications as needed.

Starting Pay Rate:

LPNs: $28 - $30 per hour

RNs: $35 - $40 per hour

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Active LPN or RN, with current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio, is required.

At least 1 year in home health industry + 1 year of nursing experience. Additional Home Health Nursing experience/ familiarity is highly desired.

Active CPR and First Aid certificates highly desired (for speed to start care), but agency will provide recertification if required.
