Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule:

12-Hour Night Shifts | 3/4 Rotation | Every Other Weekend

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond with confidence
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Maintain detailed, compliant medical documentation
• Perform assessments and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with providers and follow treatment plans
• Practice within scope and SHP clinical standards
