Ohio Health at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse (RN) to assess hospice eligibility, coordinate initial care needs, and collaborate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team. You will enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones while delivering compassionate hospice services.
The role requires an RN license in the state, two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certifications.
