Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities;
Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews;
Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations in accordance with policy;
Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; maintain displays; reset departments following POGs;
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite
