$11.00 to $14.00 per hour

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. A Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions.

They thrive on customer engagement and assist with inquiries and problem resolution. The role involves a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

Full‑time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associates receive an hourly wage and may earn commission based on productivity. Pay varies with location, qualifications, and experience.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to build rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and displays merchandise effectively.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates to customers the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes assigned training.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties requiring extended standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Employees may be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, be team‑oriented, and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient basic math calculations.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and capable of operating POS systems and common office machines.
