Client Specialist
Lind Media is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Specialist to support our clientele throughout each phase of their advertising campaigns. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent communication and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Partner with Account Executives to coordinate and implement effective billboard marketing solutions.
- Monitor and manage the progress of active campaigns, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system, including contracts, proposals, and campaign updates.
- Assist with outreach efforts through email and marketing collateral to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Respond to client inquiries and phone calls, directing them appropriately and providing general company information.
- Communicate the value and logistics of outdoor advertising in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends to better support clients and internal teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client locations.
- Physical activities include light lifting, sitting, standing, walking, and frequent use of a computer and phone.
