Ohio Health - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare hot and cold foods for patients and retail customers according to production sheets.;
Document food safety logs in a timely manner.;
Follow standardized recipes and properly use convection ovens, grills, braisers, fryers, and other cooking equipment.;
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and order of the work area and equipment; follow safe food handling practices.;
Relieve and train other positions as assigned and perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain an attractive area.
