What You'll Be Doing

• Fixing and maintaining buildings, equipment, and facilities

• Handling work orders like plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs

• Helping get spaces move-in or job-ready

• Supporting lawn care, clean-up, and property upkeep

• Pitching in with snow removal and seasonal maintenance

• Using tools, equipment, and company vehicles safely

• Keeping work areas clean and organized

• Being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Maintenance, construction, or hands-on experience (helpful but not always required)
Someone dependable who shows up ready to work
Ability to work independently and stay productive
Valid driver's license is a plus
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
Problem-solvers who take pride in their work
