Gutter Technician – Full Time

All American Roof Pros is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Gutter Technician to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable, team‑oriented company.

As a Gutter Technician, you’ll work directly on customers’ homes performing gutter installations and maintenance, with opportunities to assist in roofing, siding, and window‑related repairs as needed.

This is a full‑time position with an hourly pay range of $15–$22 per hour, based on experience.

• Install, repair, and maintain residential gutter systems
• Assist with roofing, siding, and window repairs when needed
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
• Work safely on ladders, roofs, and job sites
• Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines
  
  Communicate clearly with team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Support other production tasks as assigned

• Previous experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or construction is a plus—but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors in varying conditions
• Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
