Job Summary:Molding Maintenance supports Molding Operations by maintaining molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Duties &Essential Job Functions:
- Troubleshoot and repair all injection molding machines and molding auxiliary equipment.
- Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.
- Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations.
- Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.
- Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.
- Safely performs task to ensure safety of all employees.
- Performs preventative maintenance on machines and document as called out in the procedures.
- Assists in training of Molding Maintenance II worker(s).
- Install and set-up equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:- Associates Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulics, or HVAC
- 2 – 3 years’ Molding Maintenance experience.
Qualification:
- Certificate of training in hydraulics, electrical, and electronics

PHYSICAL DUTIES:- Strength Range heavy range of worker strength
- performs hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical operations
- perform regular preventative maintenance on machines
- will pull parts and change oil on machines
- will use forklift to move large pieces of equipment
- perform electrical wiring on machines
- maintains water station by changing pump (250lbs) twice per year
