2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Volvos are recognized for safety. They run 68 cruise and pedal. Trucks feature ergonomically designed seats, optimal steering position, 70‑L/96‑W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios.

Safety is a shared responsibility. The Operations team is experienced and dispatches drivers safely and legally. Loads are primarily in the middle corridor of the United States; dispatches to mountainous West Coast or New York City are not forced. Trucks undergo regular maintenance; a 24/7 shop is available.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members regularly. Everyone knows each other by name. The operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience, determined after full processing. Professionals are paid for loaded and empty miles, which can be 5%–7% higher than companies paying for short miles. More miles generate more money. The company offers annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.

Dry van and reefer loads. No slaughterhouses or fresh meat. One pick/one drop or drop‑and‑hook. 100% no‑touch freight.
