Pay Range:
US $11.00 – 17.00 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance premiums, and/or per‑hour premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
- Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and the distribution center.
- Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the set route and deliver to the appropriate store.
- Maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries.
- Secure fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys; keep the vehicle safe and locked when not in use.
- Follow accident report guidelines and report any vehicle incidents immediately.
- Ensure designated team members at each store verify all invoices and sign the route manifest.
- Deliver deliveries according to the scheduled route; report any delays to the city delivery supervisor or remaining stores on route.
- Project a professional, personable image to maintain strong customer relations.
- Communicate any problems or special store needs to store management.
- Clock in and out in accordance with company policy.
- Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage prior to operating the vehicle each day.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs to the store manager and ensure the fuel tank is filled then lock and secure the vehicle at the end of the day.
- Drive safely and defensively at all times.
- Legal state driver’s license and meet the company’s driving eligibility requirements.
- Driving record that meets the company’s 14/18‑point record system standard.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
- Fluency in multiple languages is desired (Spanish highly desired).
