Labor Max is currently recruiting for Yard Laborer, at a warehouse located in Mansfield, OH. Shift hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The Yard Laborer is responsible for assisting with the safe handling, inspection, cleaning, organization, loading, and unloading of scaffolding equipment in a distribution yard. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized yard, preparing orders for customers, and ensuring all equipment meets company safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties:

• Load/unload scaffolding materials.
• Sort, clean, inspect, and stage equipment.
• Report damaged equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized yard.
• Prepare customer orders.
• Assist with inventory.
• Operate forklifts (if certified/trained).
• Follow OSHA and company safety rules.
• Perform general labor tasks.
• Assist drivers and warehouse staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Work outdoors in various temperatures and weather.
• Dependable
• Warehouse/construction experience and forklift experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working outdoors.
