Corporate Controller

Our client, a growing PE-backed industrial services company, is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across its U.S. and Canadian locations. This is a highly visible role partnering directly with executive leadership and the private equity sponsor, with the opportunity to help shape the finance function as the company continues to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Lead month-end close, consolidation and financial reporting
• Oversee multi-site, multi-currency and project/job-cost accounting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital
• Provide financial and operational analysis to leadership and PE ownership
• Strengthen accounting processes, controls, reporting and KPIs
• Partner with operations to improve margins and business performance
• Lead and develop the accounting team
• Support ERP/process improvements and future growth initiatives

A hands-on leader who can think strategically but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dig into the accounting, systems and details.

Location:

Mansfield, TX | Primarily onsite with potential flexibility once established. Periodic travel to Canadian operations.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Controller or similar accounting leadership experience
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Multi-site and project/job-cost accounting experience
• Manufacturing, industrial or field services experience preferred
• ERP experience;
  Epicor/Kinetic a strong plus
• PE-backed company experience highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred
