*** About the position:
** The Jr. Reporting Analyst role will be responsible for gathering, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear and concise manner to support reporting, decision-making and drive business growth. This position will work with all departments to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

* Essential Job Functions:

*** Prepare, review, and distribute established daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports for the operations team under the guidance of the Business Analyst.
* Create and maintain dashboards utilizing Tableau Cloud and Desktop.
* Partner with cross-functional departments to identify and fulfill their unique reporting and data needs.
* Support the optimization of existing reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Complete ad hoc reporting requests as assigned.
* Perform other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned.

* Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Data Analytics, Information Systems, or other Business degree preferred.
* Healthcare Experience preferred.
* Ability to work with large data sets and build reporting from those sets.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Detail-oriented, excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
* Ability to balance multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
* Analytical thinking with the ability to exercise appropriate judgment and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to prioritize action items in high-stress situations to meet deadlines.
* Self-directed and able to work independently with little supervision.
* Ability to satisfactorily meet Company measured goals and objectives.
* Ability to adapt to change.
* Ability to learn and become proficient in all workflows within each platform within the department.
* Experience in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
