Position Summary

Front Gate Ambassadors create a positive first impression by welcoming guests, providing park information, processing admissions and parking, and supporting smooth entry into the park.

Essential Functions

* Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming experience.

* Communicate park policies, operating information, and directions.

* Monitor traffic flow and assist with parking operations.

* Validate tickets and process park entry.

* Operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers.

* Follow proper cash-handling and accountability procedures.

* Enforce park policies in a positive and professional manner.

* Work across all front gate positions as needed.

* Work effectively in a team environment.

* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications

* Must be at least 15 years of age.

* Basic computer proficiency.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale systems.

* Strong attention to detail and cash-handling abilities.

* Previous customer or guest service experience preferred.

* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.

* Willingness to comply with grooming guidelines and employment standards.

* Ability to successfully complete all required training.

* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
