Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Mansfield, TX

In this engaging contract position, your focus will be on conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), designing tailored interventions, and providing direct support to a diverse caseload of 50-75 students. Approximately 8-15 of these students present intensive behavioral needs, offering you opportunities to apply advanced behavioral analysis skills.

You'll collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to craft positive behavioral supports that foster greater student success across various grade levels.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Previous work in a K-12 educational setting, preferred
• Understanding of a wide range of behavioral and emotional challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation for K-12 students across multiple grade levels
• Conduct FBAs and develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation
• Train and coach educational staff on implementing positive behavioral interventions
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families
