Liaison Engineer

• Provide program management support onsite with a customer located in Mansfield, TX, including project creation, customer communication, and document creation and editing, as needed.
• write and substantiate repair procedures
• Coordinate with ACD Consulting Engineers supporting this customer, as assigned.
• Review any customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Track ACD Consulting performance with the customer and record metrics.
• Duties may include FUSION, AUTOCAD, and/or SOLIDWORKS drafting and design.

• Bachelor’s Degree, in engineering preferred but not necessary. Relevant work experience.
• 3+ years work experience in an aviation related technical role, directly supporting Part 121 Airlines and/or Part 145 Repair Station, preferred.
• Familiarity with reading/researching aircraft AMM/IPC/SRM/CMM data required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Ability to travel/drive locally to customers, as needed.
• Professional business-like manner and appearance representing ACD Consulting, for customer and coworker communications.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive to address work related concerns.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional teamwork ability, and a drive/passion for the aerospace industry are required.
