As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Mansfield, TX at the Mansfield Matlock Road branch.

Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and effective lobby engagement.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and participate in branch daily operations.
