Gerente General Bilinge

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a Gerente General Bilinge to lead a high-performing consumer finance branch serving underbanked customers. In this on-site role, you will manage bilingual staff, drive sales and portfolio growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee loan origination, underwriting, cash handling, and compliance with lending regulations, while monitoring performance metrics, budgets, and audits. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), performance-driven, and experienced in financial services, with strong leadership and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations to meet sales, service, and compliance goals

• Oversee underwriting, loan processing, cash handling, and audit readiness
