Licensed Aesthetician

Job Description

Looking for Aesthetician, preferably from Mansfield or the local area, 2 years' experience minimum, preferably with established clientele. Offering hourly plus a tiered commission pay scale.
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, Licensed Aesthetician to join our team and help us provide top tier results in our Medical Spa.

Required:

Active Texas Esthetics License (or dual Cosmetology/Esthetics). Strong communication and sales skills. Passion for skincare, product and skin knowledge, and client education. Schedule is Tuesday
- Saturday, Thursday
- Saturday's are required, but 1 Friday and Saturday off a month is possible.
Responsibilities:
Provide customized, results drivenfacials, advanced skin treatments. Familiar/Certified in Dermaplaning, Hydrofacial, Acne Facials, Micro Needling, Chemical Peels, and product sales. Educate clients on their skin health and prescribe personalized at home skincare regimens. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment room and spa environment. Meet and exceed spa retail and membership sales goals. Build a loyal guest base through exceptional customer service both in person and via digital engagement.

Help with social media to capture aesthetic content, client transformations, and educational videos and reels. Coordinate with management to post consistently, highlight promotions, and engage with our community online.
