Full Schedule 40hrs/week | Earn Up to $73/hr

The Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluations and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders. This role supports students' academic, social, and emotional development through evidence‑based interventions. The SLP collaborates with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized treatment plans, contributes to IEPs, monitors student progress, and delivers direct therapy services. This position covers both charter school campuses in Mansfield and Cedar Hill.

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (accredited program).
• Valid Texas SLP license; CCCSLP (ASHA) preferred.
• State SLP Licensure (Texas License required).
• 12 years of school‑based experience preferred.
• Skilled in evaluations, IEPs, therapy planning, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and deliver therapy plans (individual and group) using evidence‑based practices.
