* + Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks.

+ Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low. Educates patients and family members about MRI procedures, contrast use, and safety precautions, promoting comfort and cooperation throughout the exam.

+ Positions patients accurately and comfortably using appropriate immobilization and coil placement techniques to ensure high-quality imaging.

+ Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions.

+ Performs and documents daily system quality control (QC) checks in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*

+ Knowledge of MRI procedures [Required]

+ Knowledge of MRI scanners [Required]

+ Ability to learn and grow with new technology [Required]

* + 1+ years experience in radiology and completion of MRI training program [Preferred]
