In-Home Caregiver (CNA or HHA)

Mansfield, TX and surrounding areas | Pay: $13 – $15 per hour

Competitive hourly pay: $13 – $15 per hour.
Flexible scheduling.

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
Offer companionship and supervision support in the client's home or facility.
Monitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinator.
Document activities and observations in Well-Sky.
Maintain active and timely communication with the scheduling team.
Candidates who do not meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified.
Valid driver's license — required; no license, no further process.
Reliable personal transportation, to travel between clients in the Mansfield area.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. — documentation required to complete the I-9.
Schedule availability for morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends.
Social Security Number (SSN), required for background check and payroll.
Active cell phone, for communication with the team and clients.

Background Check

Signed company policies and employee handbook.
Direct deposit banking information (optional but recommended).
CNA, HHA, or CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable).
At least 1 professional reference from a previous caregiving role.
