Responsibilities
- Manage a column of in-person patients each day
- Handle communication before, during, and after appointments
- Establish a relationship link with the patient
- Complete clinical tasks including vitals, intra-oral scans, oral photos, pharyngometer, and rhino meter
- Provide education to patients related to treatment options and their treatment plan
- Assist with troubleshooting treatment plans during post-care appointments
- Support medical and dental providers by conducting comprehensive patient pass offs
- Send orders to labs with appropriate documentation when patients move forward with treatment
- Take detailed notes throughout appointments and complete patient charts in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete duties related to scheduling and patient payments with a high level of accuracy
- Upload required documents into EMR software when necessary
- Relationship-driven
- Highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Willing to train individuals with a desire to work in healthcare
