Bachelor's Degree in supply chain and one (1) year of related experience are required. APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society)/CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification preferred. MRP (material requirements planning) knowledge is preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing pull systems, inventory, and production control and reading blueprints and bill of materials is a plus.
Must possess a strong analytical and reasoning ability. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the company and suppliers. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Physical Demand RequirementsOccasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
