The Warehouse and Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations and inventory management within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient, accurate, and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, and finished goods. The manager works closely with production, sales and purchasing teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support the facility’s production goals.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability for production needs.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Train, lead, and evaluate warehouse staff to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare Daily Shipping Reports and Track incoming Purchase Orders to ensure on-time delivery.

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management and inventory control, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This position operates in a manufacturing facility and may require standing, lifting, and moving materials. The manager must be able to adapt to changing production schedules and work collaboratively across departments to achieve operational goals.
