Conduct performance reviews and corrective action when necessary. Build a culture of ownership, consistency, and professionalism. Reduce turnover by leading with structure and clarity.
Operations & Guest
Experience:
Ensure exceptional guest experience through execution and team coaching. Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, production, safety, and merchandising. Oversee inventory, ordering, raw materials, and finished product levels. Lead by example during high-volume periods with calm, confident leadership. Ensure compliance with all operational and safety standards.
Leadership & Ownership:
Manage independently while communicating effectively with ownership/leadership. Make sound decisions without needing constant direction. Hold yourself and your team accountable for results. Represent Buff City Soap's values and standards at all times.

Strong organizational, delegation, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using POS systems and business reporting tools. Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.
Physical & Schedule Requirements:
Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Willingness to work mid and closing shifts based on business needs. Must not be sensitive to fragrances.
