ResponsibilitiesAssist the Lead Brewer in the production of award‑winning craft beer, maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include all aspects of the brewing process: milling/mashing, fermentation, cellaring, carbonation, yeast management, and dispensing.
QualificationsCertified in food handling and alcohol service requirements; at least 3 years of experience working in a brewery; strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preferred:
Cicerone Certified Beer Server; graduation from an accredited MBAA course.
