Maintains acceptable attendance based on the Mouser Absence Policy guidelines; must be at work on time. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

Key Job Accountabilities- Pulls parts from bin box or shelving.
- Verifies part numbers, quantity, hardware, date and lot codes.
- Enters required information on a handheld computer or iPad.
- Repackages product as requested.
- Reports issues professionally.
- Meets customer requirements.
- Applies and scans barcodes.
- Able to use a computer, and handheld computer / iPad (preferred).
- Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math.
- Able to read and understand instructions in English.
- Strong quality and productivity orientation.
- Capable of maneuvering in 36" wide aisles, standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, grasping, pushing and pulling for 10–12 hours, and lifting and carrying products up to 40 pounds from ground level or up to 2 feet (using stairs and ladders).
- May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (e.g., wave, forklift, and/or pallet jack) (preferred).
- Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
