Location: Mansfield, TX
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.
What You'll Need:- 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment calibration
- Understanding of machine qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) is a plus
- Maintain and repair CNC production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime
- Establish and execute preventive maintenance programs in compliance with quality standards
- Perform equipment calibration and assist with IQ, OQ, and machine qualification processes
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts to support continuous production operations
- Accurately document and report maintenance activities
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and reliability
