Accountabilities & Essential Functions

  • Ensures company meets or exceeds customer expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pulls parts from bin, box or shelving.
  • Assists drivers with loading and unloading products.
  • Sorts product, pallets, boxes and moves items to various areas within the warehouse.
  • Cleans and prepares work areas by removing empty boxes from workstations.
  • Picks up oversized and/or fragile parts that cannot travel by conveyor system and manually delivers to the consolidation department.
  • Removes trash.
Skills & Certifications
  • Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred).
  • Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math.
  • Able to read and understand instructions in English.
  • Strong quality and productivity orientation.
  • Able to maneuver in aisles 36 inches wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10‑12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2 feet (using stairs and ladders).
  • May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred).
  • Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
